Sanders wins big in Nevada but some Democrats worry

Las Vegas (AFP) - Bernie Sanders' landslide victory in Nevada's Democratic nominating contest has scattered his moderate challengers and injected his White House campaign with a fresh burst of momentum as he drives into the next crucial battlegrounds.

With his strong result Saturday, the Vermont senator demonstrated an ability to broaden a coalition beyond the narrow limits of leftist voters, undercutting the argument from several moderates that he would not be able to bridge the divide between progressives and centrists.

"He showed last night that he can energize our core base," Howard Dean, a former presidential aspirant himself and former head of the Democratic National Committee, told CNN.

By early Sunday, Sanders was comfortably ahead in Nevada with 60 percent of precincts reporting.

The 78-year-old senator was leading the Democratic pack with 46 percent of the vote, followed far behind by former vice president Joe Biden at 19.6 percent and Pete Buttigieg, the former mayor of South Bend, Indiana, at 15.3 percent.

Senators Elizabeth Warren and Amy Klobuchar trailed at, respectively, 10.1 percent and 4.8 percent.

'Incredibly impressive'

Sanders was quick to claim victory, saying his "multi-generational, multi-racial coalition" was "going to sweep this country."

Dean said the senator's result in a state far more typical of America's demographic variety than the two earlier-voting states was "incredibly impressive."

But he quickly added that a more definitive result will come only after voters in 14 states cast ballots on March 3, or "Super Tuesday."

Before that comes South Carolina, which votes on February 29.

Biden's once-strong prospects had faded sharply for weeks, but he said Saturday that he felt "really good" about his second-place showing in Nevada and shouldn't be counted out.

His team is banking on a strong showing in South Carolina, where Biden has enjoyed support among a majority-black Democratic electorate.

But after Sanders came in virtually tied for first in Iowa and then won in New Hampshire, his undeniable victory in Nevada places him squarely in the driver's seat, at least for now.

He leads national polls by an 11 point margin over Biden and by 13 points over Mike Bloomberg, the former New York mayor who skipped the early voting states to focus on Super Tuesday.

Some Democrats worry

Sanders's progressive policies, including universal health care, higher taxes on the wealthy and an increase in the minimum wage, have struck a chord with millions of Americans.

But some Democrats say those policies will make him an easy target for President Donald Trump as a radical leftist, and that if he heads the Democratic ticket in November the party could face sweeping losses.

Trump on Saturday issued a sarcastic-sounding congratulations on Twitter to the man he calls "Crazy Bernie."

Asked if the Democrats' majority in the House of Representatives might be threatened if Sanders turned out to be Trump's rival in November, one powerful South Carolina Democrat said that it might.

It "would be a real burden for us in these states or congressional districts that we have to do well in," said James Clyburn, the House Democratic whip.

"In those districts, it's going to be tough to hold onto these jobs if you have to make the case for accepting a self-proclaimed Democratic socialist."

Buttigieg, while congratulating Sanders on his Nevada victory, offered a stern warning against picking someone who he said sees "capitalism as the root of all evil" to go up against the populist president.

Looking to Super Tuesday

Buttigieg's campaign on Sunday called on the Nevada Democratic Party to rectify what it said were "material irregularities" in the vote count and to hold off on releasing final results.

Given the size of Sanders' lead, the request was not expected to provoke the same drama as the earlier confusion in Iowa over that state's results.

Regardless, pressure seems certain now to grow on some lower-polling Democratic moderates to withdraw to allow others to coalesce around a centrist who might fare better against Trump.

Republican campaign advisor Mark McKinnon, speaking on CNN, predicted that some lagging candidates will be flushed out of the race after Super Tuesday.

But the centrist alternatives face steep challenges, he added: Bloomberg performed notably poorly in Wednesday's Democratic debate, and "Biden does not have the resources."

Progressive candidate Elizabeth Warren vowed on Saturday to stay in the race despite a third straight mediocre showing.

She renewed her attacks on Bloomberg, accusing him of trying to "buy this election."

Bloomberg has plowed a record $438 million of personal funds into his campaign.

Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders is making another run at the White House

Once dismissed by many as a fringe candidate with wacky socialist ideas, Bernie Sanders campaigned to the brink of the Democratic presidential nomination in 2016 and has now set his sights on the White House once again.

Sanders, a 77-year-old US Senator from Vermont, announced on Tuesday that he will join an already crowded field of candidates seeking to challenge President Donald Trump in 2020.

"I wanted to let the people of the state of Vermont know about this first," Sanders said on Vermont Public Radio.

He called Trump a national embarrassment and a pathological liar.

"I also think he is a racist, a sexist, a homophobe, a xenophobe, somebody who is gaining cheap political points by trying to pick on minorities, often undocumented immigrants," Sanders said.

Like Trump, Sanders was an outsider when the 2016 presidential primaries began, little known to the public at large and initially not given much of a chance against the Hillary Clinton machine.

But he came close to pulling off the upset and ended up winning 23 primaries or caucuses against the better-funded Clinton.

Sanders galvanized a broad coalition with his anti-Wall Street rhetoric and talk of a "political revolution."

Though the oldest candidate in the field, Sanders garnered passionate support among young liberals with his calls for universal health care, a $15 minimum wage and free public university education.

He made the fight against income inequality, which he has called the greatest moral, economic and political issue of our times, the centerpiece of his insurgent campaign.

Four years later, Sanders' policies remain the same but much has changed on the political landscape.

Trump won the election and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a young congresswoman from New York, is a rising Democratic star, embracing many of the positions held by Sanders.

"We have had more success in ideologically changing the party than I would have dreamed possible," Sanders said in an interview with GQ magazine. "The world has changed."

From Brooklyn to Senate

Bernard Sanders was born on September 8, 1941 in Brooklyn, New York, into a family of Jewish immigrants from Poland.

He attended Brooklyn College and later the University of Chicago, where he was active in the civil rights movement, attending the 1963 "March on Washington" where Martin Luther King Jr delivered his "I Have a Dream" speech.

After graduating, Sanders worked on an Israeli kibbutz and moved to Vermont, where he worked as a carpenter and filmmaker.

In 1981, he was elected mayor of Burlington, the state's largest city, by a mere 10-vote margin and went on to win another three terms.

He served as mayor until 1989, winning election as an independent to the US House of Representatives in 1990.

Sanders served in the House until 2006, when he was elected to the US Senate. He was re-elected in 2012 and 2018.

While Sanders remains popular among many Democrats, some in the party are questioning whether their champion this time around should be a septuagenarian white man.

Multiple women have already joined the race, including Kamala Harris, an African-American senator from California, seen as the early front-runner.

Some #MeToo movement activists have also come out against a Sanders candidacy after several employees on his 2016 campaign complained of sexual harassment by staffers.

Sanders has issued an apology "to the women on my 2016 campaign who were harassed or mistreated."

"We can't just talk about ending sexism and discrimination," he said. "It must be a reality in our daily lives."

Famously short-tempered and irascible, Sanders also still displays the energy of a much younger man -- he campaigned tirelessly for Democratic candidates in the 2018 mid-terms.

Sanders claims that he does not have a burning desire to occupy the White House and that the priority is defeating Trump.

"If there's somebody else who appears who can, for whatever reason, do a better job than me, I'll work my ass off to elect him or her," he told New York magazine.

Sanders lives in Burlington with his second wife, Jane. Together, they have four children and seven grandchildren.

'Dump Trump': Tens of thousands join global march

London (AFP) - Tens of thousands of people took to the streets of London, Paris and other cities worldwide Saturday in solidarity with women-led marches in the United States, opposed to President Donald Trump the day after his inauguration.

In London, a largely female crowd that also included many men and children packed Trafalgar Square, chanting "dump Trump" and waving banners demanding equal rights.

"Our Rights Are Not For Grabs -- Neither Are We" were among the banners held aloft, along with "We shall overcomb" and "Make bigotry wrong again".

Hannah Bryant, a 34-year-old museum worker, brought her four-year-old daughter -- both of them wearing the bright pink "pussy hats" worn by US demonstrators.

"I've been teaching her about equality and prejudice," she said.

"It's a feeling of solidarity -- not in our name," said Jill Pickering, a 56-year-old American student. "I'm angry -- I didn't vote for Trump."

Organisers said 100,000 attended the London march, although there was no independent verification as police do not give an estimate.

In Paris, at least 7,000 people gathered near the Eiffel Tower, according to police, holding up banners that read "liberty, equality, sorority", in a reference to France's national motto.

"I am here for women and for all minorities because Trump is a threat to all humanity," said a US national Kendra Wergin, who is in her mid-30s.

Andreia Rossi, a 39-year-old Brazilian, told AFP she was taking part "because I am a woman, but also because I want to protest against everything Trump represents."

She added: "It's very dangerous, he has lied to all those who voted for him, and that can happen in France too."

Françoise Seme Wallon, 70, a member of the European Union of Women, said for her Trump is "a nasty guy and he's dangerous for the whole world."

Right-wing populists and nationalist groups in France and elsewhere in Europe have been emboldened by Trump's victory as well as by Britain's vote last year to leave the European Union.

While Trump won 42 percent of the women's vote in the US, many worry that gender rights and other progress on women's health, contraception and abortion could be chipped away.

'Bridges not walls'

In Barcelona, Rome, Amsterdam, Lisbon, and Geneva too, protesters were enraged by Trump's derogatory remarks on women.

"We are here for women and for human rights," one of a large contingent of American expatriate women told SkyTG24 news channel in Rome.

"We must defend democratic values," said Karen Olson, who organised the Swiss march, as motorists driving by honked their horns in support.

"When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty," read a banner held up by a Barcelona protester.

"Make America sane again," said a banner in Amsterdam.

In Budapest, up to 400 people gathered in solidarity with the Washington marchers.

"Bridges not walls," read one of their banners, a reference to Trump's threat to build a wall separating the United States from Mexico to stop migrants from entering the country -- and to have Mexico pay for it.

Hundreds rallied in front of the US embassy in Berlin, chanting pro-migrant slogans in a nation that welcomed nearly a million people fleeing war and poverty in 2015.

"No hate, no fear, immigrants are welcome here," they cried.

Also in Lisbon, a rally was held in front of the US embassy there with hundreds of Americans and Portuguese nationals chanting, "He is not my president!"

"Trump's rise reminds me of what my mother used to tell me about the arrival of Hitler," said Bert Wiesel, 69, a Swiss-American protester.

In Prague, protest organiser Johanna Nejedlova branded Trump's rhetoric "hateful" and said they wanted to express support "for values such as democracy, human rights, ecology and women's rights."

There were also solidarity marches beyond Europe too, with protests in Johannesburg, South Africa, where marchers held up banners reading "Black lives matter" and "Love trumps hate".

Anti-Trump protests also took place in Australia with several thousand marching in Sydney and Melbourne. And in New Zealand, hundreds joined demonstrations in the capital Wellington as well as in Auckland.

".... The Wild Card of 2016

Remember: No emotion now. You have come from another planet and you’re looking at the end of 2016 – and there is the election. Understand without bias.

So for 2016, let’s do the numerology. You add the numbers and get nine. Nine is completion in simple numerology, and when you see a nine it often means the completion of something. Often it is of a time cycle, an energy or the completion of a paradigm. But it’s very strong.

The nines are stronger than many of the other numerological aspects and you feel them. The president-elect (at this writing) is a strong wild card. He is scheduled to become the 45th president. What a coincidence! Forty-five is a nine. A nine and a nine together are more than significant. They tell a story about what is happening. I will tell you something else. This story is not finished yet and there is more coming. You don’t know what you don’t know, so don’t make up your mind in advance about any outcomes. You’re from another planet, remember? There’s no emotion, no bias, no politics and nothing to judge. Look at it for what it is.

A big stick has just been inserted into what is normal and it’s going to be turned. As the big stick turns, other things will respond that never would have responded otherwise. I wish to tell you, dear one, old soul, relax with upcoming wild cards. They do what they do on purpose so that you will have a better civilization in the future. Sometimes they show you what won’t work, and sometimes they change paradigms that would have never changed otherwise. But what you have now is a profound wild card. That is the message.

It’s so common for you to respond certain ways when you are invested in the process. The knee-jerk reaction is expected or you wouldn’t be a Human. However, for this lesson, you’re from another planet and you’re looking down and you’re seeing it. Pretend.

Isn’t that interesting about a nine and a nine together? It means that truly the end of something is here. Perhaps it’s the end of the old way things were done? Perhaps it’s a shake-up of the system so it can correct itself? Don’t dare make up your mind where it’s going, because it’s not finished yet. However, wait a moment. Did you also realize that 2017 is a “one” year? Not only is the energy one of completion with a double nine, but it moves into “a new beginning” (the definition of a one in numerology).

I have more to tell you about numerology, and also something that will be clearer about this whole situation. I will give this to you in the next channelling.

Can you relax in the face of uncertainty when it’s your own country? Can you relax in the face of not knowing what’s next? When you’re so involved, can you disengage from either side of the fray? That is the test of a Lightworker.

There’s something else coming. Dear ones, this is beautiful. No matter what you think and no matter what your reaction is to this channelling, what is happening is correct for your time and needed for your immediate future. I will speak of this later. The beauty is when you step away and see how grand it is, that Spirit cares enough that it would allow a big stick to occur that would stir your complacency at this time. The real reason? The shift is here.

How do you feel? I want you to relax and smile at what the shift has brought you. For those of you who felt all the “shift talk” was nonsense, this may be your wake-up call. It’s real. Here it comes.

"... Important Things For Now

If you started to examine the Higgs singlet, you would start to see why fractal time works the way it does. I’m going to stop getting scientific and I’m going to make this message more practical. There are those who will say time is in a circle. It is. In fact, time imprints energies on it that then often repeat. You probably have heard the saying, "Time repeats itself." It does. "History repeats itself." It does. And so, therefore, this whole idea of time in a circle or having imprinted energies on the circle is accurate. So as you go around the time circle, which to you is a straight line, you will then come upon what we will call energy markers of the past. Those energy markers may very well have the potential to create the same thing the last one did, repeating within the circle. Here it comes again, here it comes again, here it comes again.

Sociologists, historians and especially fractal time theorists believe you’re overdue for a world war, dear ones. However, you’re not going to have one! You passed that potential 16 years ago. All of the prophecy of the scripture told you that you would have one. Do you see how fractal time actually influenced all that prophecy? They expected this potential to happen. However, did you notice that it did not? Against all odds, it did not happen.

How many years have to go by before humanity will take a look and say, "You know, it didn’t happen"? All that prophecy, all those years, got you frightened and prepared. Much of humanity actually still expects a war. "Here it comes," people still say. If you watch your television, some science programs will say, “Well, it’s coming.” They are still watching the fractal energy. It’s very frightening. Many of your science fiction movies are based on a scenario where it already came! All this because you have the energy of "expectation" of something on the circle of time.

Listen: The fractal of time has a very interesting attribute, and it's what I wanted to tell you because this is so confusing to so many. If you profoundly change something in the circle of time, you rewrite the future. In other words, the fractals that existed before that tended to repeat are voided, and you create new potentials on the circle. You might say you moved into a slightly different dimension where the prophecies of old will not take place. There is absolute truth in that, and physics will show it, and this will be discovered some day. So, why do I tell you this? It takes a big event or very different thinking to change the circle. Although the Higgs Singlet can only observe the past, Human consciousness can change it! Not to get too technical, but there are even those in physics who believe you change the past when you change the future [retro-causality]!

The Wild Card: I presented a full discussion on wild cards the last time I was with you. I listed a number of them. I gave you the rules of wild cards and told you that they are not created by Spirit. They can be inventions, persons who have changed history or ideas. What happens is this: Humans move forward with ideas or higher consciousness, allowing Spirit to then give you the wild card.

For instance, did you notice that some of the most profound inventions came upon this planet all at once, all over the earth? What a coincidence! Centuries without flight, and then the Wright brothers only beat the French by a week or so! You can go on and on with others this way. It just seems that the earth is given the information all at once! That’s not exactly right. We don’t give you anything. Instead, we lift the veil slightly and the Humans that are able to think of these things do! That is what has happened repeatedly. So you create a wild card with your own rules and your own consciousness and your own systems when it's time to change the fractal of time – and you just did one.

We told you that your recent election brought you a wild card. The definition of a wild card is something totally and completely unexpected and out of time. It then changes things from then on. You have a wild card as your president-elect [channelled December 2016]. Now I beg you, wipe away the bias. It’s hard for some! Wipe it away and listen to this for just a moment, because this is the first time and perhaps the last that I’ll ever tell you this: There are those on this planet right now who can sense the fractals in the time circle. They are called pre-cogs. They have precognition from sensing what is coming on the circle of time repeating itself.

Your government knows about them and actually employs them! They are the few who can sense what is already there, because time is in a circle. Remember? Fractal time presents elements of energy that come at you in this circle; therefore, they can be sensed and made into predictions.

The Big Prediction

There is one prediction that stands out and it started to be seen last year or slightly before. The prediction, based on fractals, is that you’re going to have a major, potentially total, complete financial collapse in about February or March 2017.

Many of you have heard this and it’s frightening. The pre-cogs started talking about it, and then there were others who started talking about it. The closer it got, the more it was talked about. Now this also follows some logic, because the ones who study patterns of finance, stocks, investments and national debt see the pattern also. They started yelling, too, "It’s coming! Can’t you see it?" Some analysts are telling you to capture all your assets in another form, right away. Many are saying that banks will fail soon. What I want to tell you is that they were correct. The fractal does, indeed, have that energy!

The Butterfly Effect

Do you know what I’m going to tell you next? A man named Edward Lorenz gave a philosophy: When a butterfly flaps its wings, something major could happen in the future. It's because little things change bigger things and bigger things change even bigger things. He is right, and a wild card is a huge butterfly.

Here is what I want to tell you today. A majority was expecting a certain outcome to your election. Instead, you got a wild card. Let me tell you why: If the expected had happened, the financial systems would have stayed in place exactly the way they were. The one you expected would have taken over from the other and the systems that were bound to fail would have gone right into that very place and exploded into economic dysfunction. There would have been no reason to change anything for the one you expected, because the sense was that it was all working well.

Pretend you’re a visitor from space and you have no invested interest or bias at all in what has happened. You’re looking down in a metaphysical way and you’re saying, "Isn’t it interesting how this wild card is going to change what would have happened in February or March?" Are you understanding what I’m telling you?

Perhaps putting a stick in everything and turning it quickly is what was needed right now? This would be in order to change that specter of complete and total financial failure. I want you to see what’s going to happen, and not to fear it when some seeds of it may still occur – like a hiccup in the system when it gets too elevated. But I’ll tell you that without this wild card, it would have been "same old, same old", right to where the fruition of the problem would be. Then the pre-cogs would have been right. The fractal time potentials would have then proved themselves accurate. But instead, the main energy of the financial horror has been potentially voided because of the wild card. Remember, it was Humans with free choice and a free system that you designed who put the wild card in place.

Moving Forward

“Kryon, what's going to happen next?” Dear ones, it's up to you. What’s the most benevolent outcome? What you say and do is like placing an order to the Universe and the field. What is the order you’re going to place in the next months? Think of it as writing your take on all this and giving it to the "universal waitress". What’s going to come to your table? Aren’t you tired of ordering that which is the lowest expectation? Aren’t you tired of expecting horrible things from other people, then getting them? What are you going to do with this? Physics is on your side, dear ones, and has your back. However, you are in control of what happens next, by what you expect.

Like other wild cards that you received before, the design is that you can continue on and this planet can grow faster because of it. It won't have to be dragged down for years and years and years through a major collapse of the world economy. That’s the message of the day.

Can you feel the entourage yet? Can you feel the smiles and the joy of those who know the potentials of the future you have? You are in control, yet some of you feel so out of control. I want you to consider this message. I want you to watch what happens on the planet and I want you to adjust into a way where you can get up in the morning and place your order. Remember, think "most benevolent outcome" from everything you see. Order things that are joyful and that reflect the passing of the days of the ignorance of the six-year-old. Let that instead be replaced by maturity, wisdom and compassion.

I hope this helps to shed light on how things work in this new energy. There are more wild cards coming and some of them will be inventions. They will be mostly for the health and well-being and peacefulness of humanity on the planet.

I’m closing now. There will be those listening to this that will walk out and say, "That’s ridiculous. I know Human nature." Dear ones, they have just placed their order!

Be peaceful. Relax into yourself and be your own parent. Take the hand of your Higher-Self this day, and when you do, you’ll live longer.

Bernie Sanders: Where the Democrats Go From Here

Millions of Americans registered a protest vote on Tuesday, expressing their fierce opposition to an economic and political system that puts wealthy and corporate interests over their own. I strongly supported Hillary Clinton, campaigned hard on her behalf, and believed she was the right choice on Election Day. But Donald J. Trump won the White House because his campaign rhetoric successfully tapped into a very real and justified anger, an anger that many traditional Democrats feel.

I am saddened, but not surprised, by the outcome. It is no shock to me that millions of people who voted for Mr. Trump did so because they are sick and tired of the economic, political and media status quo.

Working families watch as politicians get campaign financial support from billionaires and corporate interests — and then ignore the needs of ordinary Americans. Over the last 30 years, too many Americans were sold out by their corporate bosses. They work longer hours for lower wages as they see decent paying jobs go to China, Mexico or some other low-wage country. They are tired of having chief executives make 300 times what they do, while 52 percent of all new income goes to the top 1 percent. Many of their once beautiful rural towns have depopulated, their downtown stores are shuttered, and their kids are leaving home because there are no jobs — all while corporations suck the wealth out of their communities and stuff them into offshore accounts.

Working Americans can’t afford decent, quality child care for their children. They can’t send their kids to college, and they have nothing in the bank as they head into retirement. In many parts of the country they can’t find affordable housing, and they find the cost of health insurance much too high. Too many families exist in despair as drugs, alcohol and suicide cut life short for a growing number of people.

President-elect Trump is right: The American people want change. But what kind of change will he be offering them? Will he have the courage to stand up to the most powerful people in this country who are responsible for the economic pain that so many working families feel, or will he turn the anger of the majority against minorities, immigrants, the poor and the helpless?

Will he have the courage to stand up to Wall Street, work to break up the “too big to fail” financial institutions and demand that big banks invest in small businesses and create jobs in rural America and inner cities? Or, will he appoint another Wall Street banker to run the Treasury Department and continue business as usual? Will he, as he promised during the campaign, really take on the pharmaceutical industry and lower the price of prescription drugs?

I am deeply distressed to hear stories of Americans being intimidated and harassed in the wake of Mr. Trump’s victory, and I hear the cries of families who are living in fear of being torn apart. We have come too far as a country in combating discrimination. We are not going back. Rest assured, there is no compromise on racism, bigotry, xenophobia and sexism. We will fight it in all its forms, whenever and wherever it re-emerges.

I will keep an open mind to see what ideas Mr. Trump offers and when and how we can work together. Having lost the nationwide popular vote, however, he would do well to heed the views of progressives. If the president-elect is serious about pursuing policies that improve the lives of working families, I’m going to present some very real opportunities for him to earn my support.

Let’s rebuild our crumbling infrastructure and create millions of well-paying jobs. Let’s raise the minimum wage to a living wage, help students afford to go to college, provide paid family and medical leave and expand Social Security. Let’s reform an economic system that enables billionaires like Mr. Trump not to pay a nickel in federal income taxes. And most important, let’s end the ability of wealthy campaign contributors to buy elections.

In the coming days, I will also provide a series of reforms to reinvigorate the Democratic Party. I believe strongly that the party must break loose from its corporate establishment ties and, once again, become a grass-roots party of working people, the elderly and the poor. We must open the doors of the party to welcome in the idealism and energy of young people and all Americans who are fighting for economic, social, racial and environmental justice. We must have the courage to take on the greed and power of Wall Street, the drug companies, the insurance companies and the fossil fuel industry.

When my presidential campaign came to an end, I pledged to my supporters that the political revolution would continue. And now, more than ever, that must happen. We are the wealthiest nation in the history of the world. When we stand together and don’t let demagogues divide us up by race, gender or national origin, there is nothing we cannot accomplish. We must go forward, not backward.

Humans will begin to search for integrity and fairness and it's going to happen in the places you never expect. I said this last week, so this is a review. There'll come a time when you will demand this of your politics - fairness and integrity. So when the candidates start calling each other names, you will turn your back on them and they won't get any votes. They're going to get the point real fast, don't you think? How about that?

Let me give you another potential. This country that I sit in right now [USA] will set the mold for that particular attribute. I have no clock. Watch for the youngsters to set this in motion, and they will, for they are the voters of tomorrow and they do not want the energy of today. To some of them, it's so abominable they won't even register to vote in this energy. You're going to see this soon. That was number five.. ..."

“…  Last week, I gave you a message about the potentials of 2011. And there were those in this room who attended. I'm going to repeat something I said there, for you need to hear it and it has to do with politics. It would seem intuitive to every single Human Being in the room that in order to accomplish what you do as Americans in Congress, you must have at least two parties. For that is the way it has always been - the red and the blue.

What if I told you that there will come a time when there will be no parties? You might then say, "Well, that's impossible, Kryon, because you're not Human and you don't know how funding works." You might say, "It has to be a party that creates the power to raise money for the ones who cannot, and then the funding is spread around and this is the way we work. If you didn't have parties, you'd have no funding. Nobody could advertise, and no one could get elected."

Oh, really?

Are you aware right now, that you have a president who was elected on the Internet? He figured it out. When everybody can talk to everyone, you have plenty of funding. A few dollars here, a few dollars there. You talk to millions at the same time, they talk to millions at the same time. It's a new paradigm of communication. The young people know all about it, and you can't stop it. Watch for more from this new paradigm.

It is worldwide communication, one person at a time. It doesn't matter how many laws you pass, and it doesn't matter what you decide about who is in charge of it, you can't stop it. It's out of the bag now, and the communities of the young are going to be communicating. This is how the politicians are going to be communicating to you, literally coming into your home in a holographic form perhaps, explaining their position one by one, without a party. Then you will elect them to your Congress without a party and they will sit in the chairs without a division and there will be no such thing as the "other side of the aisle."

And that, Human Being, is called unity and there is a paradigm that you cannot even imagine. And it's in the works. And then you'll have a Congress that works together and gets things done without the current duality.  ….”

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. We are going to share with you what we have been observing in Earth’s energy field of potential and what Earth’s monitors in Nirvana report about the United States presidential election. In our last message we said that more scenarios around the election could develop, and indeed that did happen, but not in ways that could have been anticipated.

As we speak about the players involved, we ask you to please remember what we have said many times—never is our interest in our Earth family politically motivated and never do we judge any of you.

It is not only people in the United States who have the most to gain or lose by who becomes their president. The same is so for the Rockefeller faction of the Illuminati. Their heavy influence on Wall Street and in the nation’s government is due in large part to Bill and Hillary Clinton, who cooperate with that secret society; formerly among the few at its peak, when they saw its global control waning a decade or so ago, they established their own power base and funding sources. However questionable the Illuminati may deem Donald Trump’s campaign promises, they know he is “his own man,” a person they could not control.

During the weeks leading to the election, the energy of voters’ anger and distrust surrounding Mrs. Clinton and Mr. Trump increased to such an extent that it started drawing unto itself the streamers of all the scenarios, each of which had the potential to lead Bernie Sanders into the presidency. [The scenarios are described in the August 19, 2016 message.] What would have transpired in orderly fashion as the streamers ran their well-defined courses instead became an energy hodgepodge that could be likened to an octopus flailing in a sea of confusion. Energy is neutral, it simply flows in the direction set by intent. In this case, intent was to influence the election outcome, and the employment of various ways—some at odds with others—eventually created the octopus.

Clinton supporters in the Democratic National Committee maneuvered to Mrs. Clinton the votes in critical primaries that actually were won by Bernie Sanders; thus, it was she instead of the voters’ choice who became the Democratic party nominee.

As for the FBI’s investigation into Mrs. Clinton’s hacked emails, Director James Comey bowed to pressure from Bill Clinton and other Illuminati to conclude that national security had not been compromised and using a personal server is not an indictable offense. The finger was pointed at Russia for the hacking incident.

Vladimir Putin was justified in claiming that was not Russia’s doing. Individuals in the FBI and other intelligence agencies who know the Clintons’ criminal history released the emails—they felt the public had a right to know the truth about Mrs. Clinton. But Mr. Comey had kept under wraps what the emails showed: She used her Secretary of State position to garner donations to the Clinton Foundation and issue favors in return and some Foundation funds benefitted terrorists.

When those individuals later discovered that Anthony Weiner’s computer contained evidence of the Clintons’ involvement in a pedophile ring, they insisted that Mr. Comey reopen the investigation. Once again he gave into Clinton camp pressure and stated that none of the emails pertained to Mrs. Clinton.

The aforementioned individuals then enlisted the aid of Wikileaks’ Julian Assange to have the incriminating information passed on to “whistleblower” Internet site operators. To counter the fallout from that unexpected exposure, Illuminati minions quickly set about manipulating voting mechanisms so the larger count would go to Mrs. Clinton. Perhaps the haste required is what led to the errors that caused this ploy to backfire—the larger count was mistakenly registered to Mr. Trump.

The negativity created by those whose intent was to deceive and of the deceptive acts themselves is up against the force of ever-heightening vibrations. Republicans are the majority in the House and Senate, but few are pleased that Mr. Trump is their standard-bearer. Democrats are bitter and apprehensive; many feel that if Bernie Sanders had been the party nominee, he would have won the election, and positive energy around Mr. Sanders continues to grow.

That is the “vibe” picture, you could say, of the United States. In keeping with the universal law that low and high vibrations cannot coexist, out of that energetic chaos must come a resolution. We don’t know what it will be, but we can tell you some factors that may well come into play.

The “stunning upset,” as political analysts and the media are terming the election result, has motivated crowds of impassioned citizens to take to the streets in protest and some are calling for an investigation into the vote counting. If that does materialize and it is discovered that voting machines were faulty or not all mail-in ballots were counted, the election would have to be annulled. In such case, President Obama would remain in office until another president is elected.

Mrs. Clinton was not in top physical condition when her clones were fabricated several years ago, and as vibratory levels rise, deterioration in the clone’s health and appearance will become noticeable fairly quickly. Still, if another election were to be held, that would not be the reason she wouldn’t run; it would be that information about her and the Clinton Foundation is all over the Internet.

The Republican plank contains ideological provisions that many in the party don’t embrace and they are not comfortable with some of Mr. Trump’s rhetoric; they voted for him because he represents change from the government they feel has left them behind. Mr. Sanders, too, espouses change from the Washington establishment, and professional and personal respect for him along with his popularity among Democrats would make him a natural choice as presidential nominee. Or perhaps, by popular demand, as a replacement.

Mr. Trump is avidly competitive. That is why he entered the race, was determined to win, and the world thinks he did. The protesting crowds may not bother him; however, when he learns how extensive and stressful presidential responsibilities are, that he is expected to act upon the advice of others rather than his impulses and he is not the boss of Congress, he may decide that being president wouldn’t be as satisfying as being an entrepreneur and he would welcome a respectable way out.

Parts of those factors derive from thoughts and feelings swirling in the mass consciousness, some are known far and wide, some only readers of our messages know. And, you will understand why the most vital factor of all is this: The direction in which Mr. Trump and the Republican party want to take the country is in opposition to prevailing vibrations, which will continue to heighten along Earth’s ascension pathway. That party’s direction is in conflict with Gaia’s vision, which is shared by enlightened souls and their numbers are increasing by the day. Resolution and reconciliation must and shall come to heal that painfully divided country whose influence is felt worldwide.

Beloved family, do not fear what might happen. Create what will happen by steadfastly living your light! Countless beings throughout this universe honor and support you with the unequaled power of unconditional love.
